- Oulton Park – British Superbike Championship. The British Superbike round at Oulton Park has a history of producing the closest race finishes of the year. Reigning champion Ryuichi Kiyonari and his team-mate Jonathan Rea have been race winners, as has Gregorio Lavilla. However, with Kiyonari and Rea now gracing the world stage, HM Plant riders Leon Haslam and Cal Crutchlow are expected to be this year’s title contenders, as are Airwaves Ducati’s new line-up of Leon Camier and Shane ‘Shakey’ Byrne.
